Astride A Starship LLC (AAS) was first registered in Hawaii in 2003. The dream was to be of service: Anticipating a successful wide spectrum of Good Works and needing carte blanche the name was left open ended:
“Every soul an equal soul – Astride a Starship” nods poetically to a ” trip of equals on our planet” We set our standards to offer Safe Sound and Quiet well governed kind calm small refuges in unique historic locations having character and charm.
Organically growing real estate from the most humble acquisition in 1989; by 2023 AAS has amassed 200 doors of residential units in 4 States! Guided by —

Relying on the Great Creator, by 2004 AAS built a team utilizing all creative empathetic and proactive policies to EFFICIENTLY utilize resources and enforce calm. Any housing/ governing model from anywhere around the world was welcomed: a surprising international model emerged: Pensions or Micro apartments in historic buildings.

Meet Astrid.
Born in Amsterdam of European parents Astrid spent her childhood in a large family following a career diplomat trekking worldwide. Her early personal education was subtly “universal principles not playthings”. Exposed to fine art, foods, music and, historic treasures from multiple cultures she deduced a philosophy: Everywhere wellness was related to the Golden Rule: centering or lack thereof was related to family or “tribal type” support.
